I lost 55lbs but gained 12lbs back within the course 2 years. I’m a teenager so I really shouldn’t have much trouble with this but I am. I’m quite active I do CrossFit anywhere from 5-6 days a week to 2-4 days a week. I’m open for a lot so please suggest what you must!

5-6 days of cross fit is probably over-training. Without rest and recovery your body will be in constant repair mode, which for many women can translate to hunger and trouble losing. Maybe swap in some recovery workouts? Just IMO.0
