Today's Topic: Health Assessment
On a day to day basis, what’s the most important way that you know how you’re doing at “healthy”? Is it the scale? How your clothes fit? Your level of physical activities? Results at the gym? Whether people whistle at you when you walk by? Your knowledge of what you last ate?

I know the scale is an indicator when I get at a certain weight above the weight that I start getting breathy. I'm at that point right now. I've not been doing any exercise mainly because I don't feel like doing it. I know I need it but just not doing it.
I check my pulse and oxygen typically twice a day to make sure I'm close to 100 oxygen and I'm 100 % paced with my pacemaker at 69 bpm. If I sleep good and can have a decent day working then that's how I judge my health.0 -
How I move. Breathing. Tired or energetic.1

How I feel. Alert and peppy v out of it and sluggish. A lot depends on how I slept last night. Some days I turn it around at the gym or while out walking.0
