Looking for a recipe builder to calculate calories and nutrients per serving. If MFP has it, please give me directions to find it. I fear I won't get back to your answer! Ha! Just started the app. Thanks!

You can use the recipe builder without premium.

From your home page choose FOOD and then the RECIPE button under it. You can import recipes from other websites or build your own.
