Recently I couldn’t get Fiber One Original cereal, which is part of my regular breakfast. I looked for substitutes, and has a hit and a miss.

Hit - Trader Joe's High Fiber Cereal. Good taste, good crunch, and it’s got half* the fiber of Fiber One.
Miss - All-Bran Original. If Fiber One is like twigs, All-Bran is like rose bush stems. It’s skinny and it has an abrasive mouth feel.

Bonus answer? I recently tried the WW recipe for Crustless Vanilla Cheesecake. The taste was good and it wasn’t overly complex like a lot of WW recipes. It’s low in calories, high in protein, and filling. On the downside, the texture wasn’t as creamy as I expect of a cheesecake. I may make it again and perhaps try rum extract instead of van8lla extract. I gave it a B- or C+. Recipemfollows if you want to try it yourselves. https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/recipe/crustless-vanilla-cheesecake/63bdbd59bf64a36da63181ef

*Fiber One provides the most fiber of fiber-focused cereals, far and away. Trader Joe's came in second, but even that is only half of what’s in Fiber One. They did get in more Fiber One, so I’ll have to decide whether I prefer that or the Trader Joe's.

We recently tried sweet potatoes, after years of staying away due to long cook times, and strings. Tried them in the microwave, YUM!!!!
Neither of us will touch kale!

I don't know if you have an Aldi near you, or not, but their store brand cereal is Millville. The Millville Raisin Bran has 6g of fiber. It's become a go-to for me.

I know this will be anathema to many; but, I've really come to like the Impossible Italian Hot Sausages. For me, they work incredibly well, with really good texture. While they don't taste exactly like a meat sausage, they taste incredibly good. I have no problem eating them. Very good in a bun with onions, sauerkraut, and good spicy mustard.

Ah - since I’m using it mixed with yogurt, I need the “kibble style” of Fiber One rather than a traditional “flake” cereal to stand up to that.

Kashi GO® Crunch is my go-to with yogurt. At 9g per serving, the fiber content is half of Fiber One's impressive 18g. What's in that stuff?

    I’m thinking they throw in the stalks as well . . . . 😉

I've recently bit a big bag of Jones breakfast chicken sausage links fully cooked. Nuke them for 50 seconds and ready to eat with my nuked 40 second poached egg. I like the sausage kinks

DW came home with a pack of spinach tortillas and a pack of low carb regular tortillas. I like them both pretty good.

I can't think of food product T the moment but there are some.
