Achy Loser

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has ever felt more achy when losing weight. Not pain or anything sharp. It's almost like the ache you get when you've sat too long in one position and you stand up. It's what I call a "good" ache. Mostly in my knees, feet, ankles. Like losing weight is resulting in an "ahhhhhhhhh" moment. Doesn't last long and I'm wondering if I'm making it up?

I don't know your age, and I wouldn't call it a good ache, but if your joints are achy it could be arthritis starting.
Gout is a form of arthritis.
So if you're experiencing it more after eating meat, you might want to get your uric acid level checked and follow a gout friendly eating plan (for me the trigger is cheese and/or sausage or hot dogs).
My worst attacks were after eating stuffed crust pizza from the Hut. I'm so sad I have to give that up, but if I eat it I might as well just slap the cheese onto my stomach and thighs.0
