Four Sets Of Ten

Four sets of ten pounds is what I need to lose to get back to goal.
I mentioned on the Friday weigh-in thread that my weigh-in put me at a bit over 11 pounds lost and that day's weigh-in was my starting weight when I joined WW in 2011 and found GOAD three weeks later.
I could not have imagined in 2011 that I would ever allow myself to get above THAT starting weight, and yet I did. And dang but those 11 pounds were some of the hardest to get rid of. I usually find the first ten the easiest.
Anyhoo . . . I've completed set one and have started chipping away at set two. My 2011 data, tells me that I got rid of the first ten pounds in four weeks. Those days are behind me, I believe, as the excitement/honeymoon phase no longer exists. Now . . . I just want the greatest satisfaction possible from 1200-1300-ish calories that is on the lower carb side without being crazy or feeling punitive. As my tagline on the old WW board used to say, "The waiting is the hardest part."
Thanks for letting me type out loud.

Congrats on set one. It’s frustrating “re-losing”, I get it. It’s a new journey this time if you subscribe to the idea “no man can step in the same stream twice”. I know it took me as long to lost 89 regained pounds as it did to lose the original 135. Step by step . . .1
