Did my push-ups this morning. Finally not sore from last Wednesday.

I forgot to log in yesterday. Worked out this morning. Did a plank and pushups.

Worked core and upper body with trainer. I was having left shoulder issues but seem to be better yesterday. I think the pushups helped.

Kathy I agree strength training is so important for us as we age. I actually got up early yesterday and did pushups and other exercises.
