Is it ok to double on Tuesday and not Friday? I have a crazy work schedule on Friday.

    Make the schedule work for you. I do Focus M-F and run on S/S.

    You can adjust the schedule to fit your needs. That's what I love about this program is that it's flexible! I switch my days up when I have to and it works out fine.
