Calories in, calories out?

A recent study summarized in the Washington Post took a fairly literal view of testing this, and came to the “not all calories are created equal” conclusion. Some of it reinforces things some of us think, but some may challenge our dietary choices. (I believe the link below should be free.)

Since I can twist any article to support what I want to do anyway, I’ll just say I now feel justified ordering the ribeye instead of the burger tomorrow night. (See if you can spot why I reached that conclusion in the article!) 😉
