    Down 4 lbs this week. Since I started my reset (no or little carbs) June 5 down 7.0 lbs. I'll wind up phase 1 on Monday then enter phase 2.

    Up 1.6#. Put me out of range, so didn't weigh-in at WW. First time EVER I didn't, when attending.

    Aw, man, that scares the crap outta me, Al. That’s how I started my sojourn in the wilderness. Couldn’t get under goal in time, so “I’d just work on it on my own” until I got it fixed. You know the deal; eight and a half years and eighty nine pounds later, I was back at goal.

    You know all the reasons this was a bad idea; I don’t need to recite them. Suck it up, Buttercup . . .

    My Thursday evening weigh-in was in the center of the Green Zone, reversing a couple of weeks of creep. I’m pleased I didn’t overreact or aim for a number; I just continued with the program and things righted themselves.

    Yay Derrick and Charlie, and good on ya Al for going the meeting.

    I'm up 2.4 pounds. It wasn't necessarily a bad week, but it was an inattentive week. I thought I was ready to jump back in after a couple weeks of what I thought was "maintenance eating," but I really must track at this stage. Eyeballing/guestimating is fine when absolutely necessary, but not all the time . . . for now.

    I'm not gonna beat myself up, but I really need to have a good meal plan for a the upcoming week. Big party tomorrow. I can eat well there, but it's an outdoor event that is walkable, and the weather and vibe is perfect for summer cocktails.

    I'm going to track the day.
