When the teams are all closed there is no longer team choice. All seats will be assigned. Everyone MUST have a post to get assigned.
Welcome to the 5% Challenge Family!

We are so excited to see so many enthusiastic challengers! There have been lots of questions about team setup and invitations so here it is in a nutshell.

Everyone must choose a team πŸ’‘πŸ’‘Start Here - You Must Choose a TeamπŸ’‘πŸ’‘

Team "Seats" are placed in the order of signup posts. If a team you'd like to fly with is closed you can state your preference in the Any Team is Great Discussion and if seats open up on that team they will be filled in the order the request was posted.

Members that chose "Any Team is Great" are placed in a pool that is used to help balance out the teams at the last minute before Manifests are finalized. Those names are also placed in order of signup starting with the first open cell on the spreadsheet. I believe in Providence 🀲 πŸ˜‡ so I am convinced that everyone lands exactly where they are meant to be.

Practice week begins July 1. Team invitations will go out on June 28 and 29 when it is convenient for the leaders to send them.

At that time @Dianedoessmiles1 will post a graphic of How to Find your invitation.
