Hello,
My name is Tara, 47 y/o female. I was diagnosed with t2 diabetes on 4/28/23. I have been on Metformin and Trulicity for 5 weeks now with positive results. My next step is to get active and be more adventurous with new foods (very picky eater). Looking forward to the encouragement of this group!

Hello Tara,
keep it up, how is your p-glucose developing?
Here is a tip, I recently found out there was whole grain soft tortilla wraps. If I eat one wrap 40g or 1,4 oz it does not make my sugar jump. I can actually eat two pcs but Im trying to loose some weight.1 -
Hi Tara. One thing my doctor has suggested to me, eat some protein every meal or snack to slow down the sugar spikes. So far, it has really helped. I have cereal every morning for breakfast, so I add a low fat cheese stick to breakfast, and that helps my sugars not to spike.1
