Hiya my name is J0 (female aged 66, North East of England) I was diagnosed 6 month ago. Ive been searching for DT2 group but nothing recent. Then came across this group. Currenty on Metformin 4 x 500mg. Started at 86 currently down to 53.

    I read that as 8.6 to 5.3. I might have misread it though.

    Hello JoanSloan1,
    Good job getting to 53. I assume it is your hba1c value in mmol/mol? if so thats great.
    My goal is to get below 52 but Im not there yet.
