Today's Topic: Forgetfulness, or I just knew I posted LTL late Thursday evening so sorry! Or should I be. When I was tracking every moral I sometimes would get busy jump up and head out and not post log/log what I ate. Drove me crazy!!! and frustrated me big time.

Do you back track at some point of the day or even the next day and reconstruct your day? Or do you just keep on moving and let it go.

    I’m compulsive - so I reconstruct.

    I track my day in WW, and I’m pretty good about getting that in as I go - because what I track informs what my options are for the rest of the day. MFP, I tend to get every day, but there may be a day or too I miss - like yesterday, when I had five hours of windshield time. Because I use MFP to assess nutrition, it’s important it be com0lete, so right before reading this topic I had recreated yesterday in MFP.

    In terms of posting, there are some where I’ll double back and post. I try to hit all the LTL posts, but if I missed a day of Roll Call, I’ll let it go.

    I do both MFP and WW. I pre-track some stuff, and post-track the rest. Other than sickness, I'm ALWAYS tracking, with (hopefully) 95% accuracy.
