Stubborn weight loss journey

40's are challenging when it comes to losing weight. I have been doing cardio, and weight training 3-4 times a week in, addition to caloric reduction in my daily meal plan. I still haven't loss and pounds, however I have gained a little more muscle. If there is anyone one out there experiencing the same delima let me know
Maybe we can share some ideas 💡..

    Same! I cannot believe how quick I gained weight after 40 with not much change to my schedule (fairly healthy eating/working out 3 x per week)… but it just stacked on.
    Now trying to reverse it with intermittent fasting and less High impact workouts (reformer Pilates and RPM (5 or 6 times per week). I’m 3 weeks in and hoping my body will respond soon!

    You can do it! Dont give up. Small tweaks. I thought it will never happen for me, but it did!🔥
