I have recently made the switch from unhealthy to more healthy options in my meal plans. Carbohydrates are my weakness. White flours, (cakes, pies, cookies, Hawaii sweet rolls
etc..) In my current efforts I have added more whole grains, nuts and fiber to my meals. I have discovered something called quinoa which is pretty tasty it absorbs flavors very well sweet or savory. Wish me luck. Let me know if you have any similar new ingredients..💡
