Today's Topic: Holiday events

Do you have a full slate planned for tomorrow? Will there be grilling or get-togethers? Are you a “go see the fireworks” person, or is it “are they DONE yet?” for you?

    Today is my eldest's birthday. She's hosting her annual party/get together tomorrow. There will be lots of grilling, and TOL is bringing Kryptonite, aka brownies, and there will be ice cream. Probably will attend WW Wednesday morning, skirting the scale. ;)

    My son's wife is out-of-town for work. So, I will spend the day and night at my son's house. We're going out for breakfast. Returning home to watch Expedition Unknow, S8 E1, which is about D-Day. Then we are going to watch various movies and relax - with him grilling something. Looking forward to it.

    Lunch at the diner with DW. Pickleball at 6:15.

    Late breakfast then put some pork ribs in the oven for a while. Then off to see the movie Sounds of Freedom at 12 then home for late lunch/dinner.
    In the late afternoon after movie is over.

    Don't do much on the smoker any more as it gives DW and I both acid reflux.

    no plans here just another day as far as I am concerned, although my DW talked about going to Busch Gardens amusement park as we were getting ready for bed last night.

    No special plans here, other than avoiding the rain. May contemplate a bit on the meaning of freedom.
