Putting my food down!!

Hey friends! My name is Jeanie and I have about I currently have 53.5% BMI and need to get down to 30% BMI (about 80 lbs). I am so so excited to have joined a group! I work as a teacher and am fairly active. I go to Orange Theory fitness 3-4 times a week and walk all the time.

    Walking is my favourite form of exercise and for me the best way to maintain my sanity 🙂

    There are a lot of great older posts here… Novus Dies has some great insight.

    Yooly, who already greeted you and PAV are two of our active members who have lost over 100 pounds and are maintaining 🙂

    I lost over 100 gained about 50 back while dealing with some health/family/health issues. But I’m holding on steady now, not giving up, learning, and hoping to lose these again as soon as the health front stabilizes.

    We are all here for the long-haul.
