Chefs of the world be d***** - asparagus is not a delicacy. I don’t care if you steam it or grill it, or deep fry it in truffle oil. It still reminds me of stuff I used to remove from drainage ditches when I did some farming.

I eat ice cream nearly every day. Like 360 days per year. My last ML really didn’t like it. She said she had lost 100+ lbs 5 times on WW. Last time lost 150 and became a ML. I think she saw it as a path to prevent a regain. It didn’t work. Don’t know if she put back the whole 150 but she likely put back most of it. And then she’d take off after me for eating ice cream and staying at GW.

Another seems to be eating the same stuff a lot. I eat the same breakfast when at home. For years. Oatmeal. I’ve changed what I put in it but that has been driven mostly by the availability and price of blueberries. I eat the same dinners a lot when at home. I make batches of zero point soup and eat it every night until it’s gone. Them make another batch. Go for months. I used to feel kinda bad for the people at my meeting that seemed driven to always try new recipes. Why? I wondered. Its a lot of work crunching numbers and planning all that stuff. No wonder the wore out.

@88olds: LOL. Gotta love those of us "in a rut". Same oatmeal, same sandwich, and a more or less revolving dinners. Works for TOL and me. She's still under goal, and I'm bouncing up and down around goal.

Right with you - I’m not in a rut, I’ve just got a very deep groove on! 😉

I love asparagus but just don't eat it a whole lot. However don't get me within 5 feet of a green bell pepper. Just about the only food I don't eat. Many years ago I got sick and I blamed it on the bell pepper. Red and yellow I love so go figure.

I don't always eat breakfast. If I do, it's always later in the morning.
