Week 1: day 2

How is going for everyone so far?

As for me, I was able to prep some of my snacks and meals for the week. It takes a long time to do that! I really need to plan ahead for that and let myself have a day to do that. I have been staying under my calorie goal and being mindful of how much sugar I am eating. Sugar is my trigger food and one which I tend to over due it on. I can definitely sabotage my plan with it. Looking forward to tomorrow to my body works class and my c25k session.

    I am getting ready to post my measurements, etc. Should I just be starting a new topic as Week 1 day 3? I had info ready to go but have been working and did not have a chance to post.
