I had an A1C of 6.0. All the panel numbers were good. My fasting glucose was 125 but it always is...

    Great job on the A1C. I know you work hard at maintaining control over your diabetes.

    The doctor said, "It is down from 6.1 - great work!" I said, "I am a retired math teacher. Given the error in these things, 6.1 and 6.0 are really the same number. He said, "I know. Work with me here."

    Better to see it lower than higher anyway. It seems to be pretty stable.
