Trying to kick start your week, Of healthy eating without emotional attachment
can be challenging. Friends, and associates even family may think that there helping ,( when the use of negative reinforce to counter act your progress can become a problem) but the pressure really is on you. You have to make the decision, and the choices necessary for yourself. Being, private about your goals works for some, however if your are not afforded the luxury of privacy what can you do to protect your peace and achieve what you intended to do? For me that is when food becomes painful and unenjoyable. Not even hungry... Don't even want that.... these are the things that make food a weapon and has hurt so many families, relationships and friendships. A constant struggle. I do however have a positive outlook on the situation. Going to the gym, helps taking walks, bike riding and reading. I found that to many prospectives and opnions are counter productive and can be very harmful. That is why I enjoy this platform because it allows you a release without the emotional commitment.
