I don’t do a lot of veggies; I’m more out at the fruit end of healthy eating. If I’m swapping fries out for a veggie as a side, my defaults are broccoli, green beans, or side salad. If I’m using veggies at home as a side rather than an ingredient, it’s usually broccoli or corn - maybe a baked potato, since our microwave does well with them.

We don't use a lot of "fresh" veggies, usually frozen is our choice. We do get Zucchini and Summer squash, along with onions, and both sweet and white potatoes.
FYI, most "fresh" veggies in a store are at least a week from the field. Most frozen is done either in the field, or within a couple of hours of harvesting.

We shop a small, local farmers' market a couple of times a month this time of year. Depending on what's in season, we'll buy rhubarb, asparagus, beets, carrots, radishes, lettuce, tomatoes, Swiss chard, and cucumbers. I'm probably leaving some things out. Forming meal ideas based on what looks good at the market is fun! I'm a believer in local and organic over convenient and mass-produced.

The huge farmers market in Minneapolis is great fun, but we'll do that maybe just once or twice a year. It's always crowded, so kind of like a mini version of the fair. There is a great variety of vendors there, so sometimes we'll pick up frozen meat, pickles, and olives.

I eat a lot of vegetables. I actually like veggies and fruit. I consume a mix of fresh and frozen.

I get most of my fresh vegetables/grits from Aldi or Trader Joe’s.

We use to get fresh veggies from local farm but we've not been able to make the 20 minute plus drive lately.

Favorites are Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, mine rutabaga, turnips, spinach, green beans. Love Tomatoes but that's classed as a fruit.
