I have been hypothyroid since 2004. I have lost 21 lb since April. I am doing my best to be consist. nothing has ever worked exept for tracking calories and exercising. although my progress might be slow im determined to lose inspite my health issues too

21 pounds is excellent! Keep up the good work. Tracking calories and exercise is the only way I have ever been able to lose weight also. I am hypo since 1991. It gets harder with age.0
