Just started about a month ago my favorite breakfast is egg white omelets with various peppers , green yellow orange , red . With white dry Sara Lee keto bread . Blueberries . Lunch salad with peppers and cucumbers. With sugar free dressings . Dinner a Akins protein shake . Lots and lots of water threw out the day . As well as GNC vitamins of D3 and multi vitamins. I feel amazing to be 60 . Still looking for other healthy clean foods to eat . Not over weight just trying to watch sugar and cholesterol. I do not miss sugar at all . Do not need substitutions for it either . I do eat what is in fresh natural fruit. No tea no coffee no sodas . Just water .
