Starvation mode! The idea that if you eat too little, you’ll actually gain weight. Grrrr . . . 🤯1

Fad diets in general, the Atkins Diet specifically. The Atkins Diet will help you lose weight. But, the cost to one's heart health is mindbending. I understand they have modified the diet, but it's not a good diet.1

Anything to do with speed. As in- it’s a great diet, I lost 10 lbs in 4 days.1
