Time to move forward in a positive non-threatening manner. We all have been putting in a lot of work in one way or another. Let's stay in good spirits. Treat yourself but don't get to carried away. Cravings, habits, and behaviors that can lead to obstacles in are progress as a mfp family are real. Reading, television, exercise, work, relationships, friendships all the things we need to be successful as members moving forward towards a more healthier lifestyle. It is possible. Why can't you do it?
