Ok, I'll join!

I look forward to having a bit of community along with this. Tbh, I don't think I'm really faithful in the posting department but I'll give it a whirl!

My goals are different but similar
Continue my regular run/wkout sched: run 3-4x/wk, weights/flexibility 2-3x/wk.

Stay in my calories everyday.

Drink .5 gallon water daily

My real bugaboos:
the flexibility workouts. I love the rest but, I don't know why, just really don't love the flex AT ALL!

That much water! I like water and don't really drink anything else but struggle to get down that much.

I do well on my calories when I'm home but it's hard when I have out of town clients, which is common.

So those are going to be the real focus for me this month!

    We all have at least one thing in common....drink plenty of water. I'm not sure how much I'll be posting either. At this time, I'm excited about getting back on track and establishing long term habits, so I don't gain the weight back again. I'm interested in getting tips and support team. We can do this!
