The last few days I've been feeling really sick, with an upset stomach and lack of energy. Could I please be excused from my next weigh-in day on Saturday 23rd, so I can take some time to rest and recuperate. Just need to concentrate on getting better.

NSV - I was going through an old suitcase a few weeks ago and found an old pair of pants. I haven't gotten any new pants since I started losing weight because I didn't want to spend the money, but I had a goal weight coming up and my prize was a new pair of jeans. I tried to old pants on and they were pretty snug, but like 10 inches below the size I had been wearing. That was a cool feeling. I decided to order a pair 2 inches smaller even though the old pants didn't give much room for anything. The place I order from takes about 3 weeks before you receive them, so I figured this would be a nice goal. They came in today, and they are a little too big lol. Looking forward to the next time I can get new pants.

I pulled it off yall.. did the full 5k today- over 3.12 miles. Over 6707 steps, which is more than 4000 higher than I've done since I started here. My legs are a bit jelly, my backs a little sore, but the rest of my parts held up lol. Might not feel good in the morning, but I feel amazing right now.

Hey everyone, I am so sick! Fever, body aches, chills, sore throat, teeth and head hurts. Right when I start to up my steps again. I feel like something keeps dragging me down everytime I go to focus on me. I need some positive vibes please. I hope all of you are doing well and staying away from the flu bug.4

You're probably right! lack of food does equal more weight loss. Not the best way to lose weight, but a loss is a loss. I'll go ahead and Weigh-In on Saturday. We'll see what not eating does!!0 -

I have been dealing with pain in the lower left side of my stomach since before I went to Vegas. It was annoying but It has got a lot more intense since Sunday. Finally gave in and made a doctors appointment. I see her Monday. I will head to urgent care if it gets worse before then. I am going to stick with mini walks in the apartment until it settles down. So for this week I will switch my goal to 5 days of mini walks.

I had to lower steps & stairs this week. I had relatives come down. It broke a long streak, but we had a wonderful time.

Good choice! I find if i remove the "threat" of weighing in, it can head to some very bad food choices! Hope you're feeling better soon x1
