Hi! Thank you so much for the warm welcomes

I'm so excited to be apart of a challenge and re-dedicate myself to my fitness journey. I can definitely say I took September off and was a bit lax, so getting back to it will be good for myself and my mental health. I can't wait to get to know everyone!

    Welcome to the team!

Is anyone having trouble creating new recipes or editing existing ones? Every time I try it kicks me out of mfp.

Yes, I was wondering what was going on. Everytime I to try imput information into the diary, it either freezes or kicks me off. It only happens when I try to log my food into the diary. Strange

And I experienced that too. I'm not a fan of this recent app update. Obviously, barcode scan being pay only, but it's just not as user friendly to me.

The October Habit Tracker is up and running if you want to plan ahead and pick your commitments for the next month:
    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10900392/habit-tracker-october-2023#latest

If you choose those habits to track and doggedly follow through, you'll have the information you need to progress and/or learn where the issues are. It helps build those tenacity muscles!

I got some mini walks done yesterday. I am hoping to get back to the pool next week so it’s walks again today.

    It’s almost Friday!

The barcode is still working so far for me. I find half the time the data doesn’t match the label information anyway.

Wow... 7.2 lbs down. I wanted to get into a new decade this week, but this was twice what I was expecting. Extremely hyped over here- Might do some grillin at lunchtime to celebrate.

Hope everyone is having a great week. Much love yall <3

I'm so sorry.. If someone told me this story I would never believe it. What is the next step? Maybe step is a bad word...

Thanks .... I wouldn't believe this story either but I am living it ... I have been told by my surgeon to stay off of it as much as I can which is what I have been doing since I can't do much .. I am not sure what the next step is to be honest
