    Wow... 7.2 lbs down. I wanted to get into a new decade this week, but this was twice what I was expecting. Extremely hyped over here- Might do some grillin at lunchtime to celebrate.

    Saw my surgeon yesterday ... I somehow have fractured the top and the side of my foot .. not sure how since I am in a cast and on crutches .. I swear it is never ending with me ughhhh

    I'm so sorry.. If someone told me this story I would never believe it. What is the next step? Maybe step is a bad word...

    Thanks .... I wouldn't believe this story either but I am living it ... I have been told by my surgeon to stay off of it as much as I can which is what I have been doing since I can't do much .. I am not sure what the next step is to be honest

    I am really quite bummed. I can't eat like I want, I can't exercise like I want. I guess that's how it goes when you have family who don't support your goals. I swear I had every fast food this week. I offered to cook but they just say, "I would rather have.....etc, I had a rough day, etc" Where I don't act on emotion. Then I get suckered into it. Better luck next week! I keep telling myself. After stepping on the scale this morning, I was so bummed I just grabbed a gallon of ice cream too. Not good!

    There is a show called land and sea here in Canada. I started with stories out of my home province of Newfoundland. Now it includes other provinces.

    Not having support makes things harder. Can you throw out the ice cream? I know it seems like a waste but it pays off on the scale. I have thrown junk food out quite a few times over the last 4 years. What if you cook anyway? Look for recipes that is similar to their favourite fast food. Pinterest would have all kinds of recipes like this. I hope your family changes and they start supporting you.
