After, dieting or fasting your stomach or body is no longer accustomed to the heavy eating that you did before. Overeating and not exercising will only make you sick. You will feel horrible. Just take it easy. Eat small meals more frequently to retrain your brain, I prefer calorie counting that way I can feel like I' m eating what I want. Be safe, and don't let other discourage your progress know matter how long it takes.
