    5468 Saturday. I did a one mile loop of roadside trash pickup, so I burned the same calories I usually do, but didn’t take as many steps.

    I just get tired of seeing the same trash along the roadside when I’m out walking. I’m sure it will be back, but I won’t have to look at it for a while. (Apparently high school kids are partial to Coors Light in my town.)
