How do I dread the holidays? For many no days off and no recovery time has been the anthem for a long time. 😩 That is the wrong approach for long-term success with your health goals. We have to pause from time to time to 1. Let are bodys catch up 2. Let are mind and spirit destress 3. And also to enjoy life. Yeah, Yeah I know we all been trying to fit back in to those jeans from high school, but healthy living is not a overnight nor overwhelming lifestyle. It is a less invasive approach to life. Have fun just don't over do it. Know your limits and if your social group cannot respect that then maybe you have to learn how to change the channel.
