Hi everyone, I’m new to the group thing, but I’m looking for some people to share goals, progress, and cooking ideas and done’s with. I have lost about 20 pounds but lost motivation this summer about losing 15 last winter, but I’ve been exploring with baking low cal treats and meals,and it’s made all the difference. I’d love to share recipes, goals, and daily fun with anyone who wants to too!

I love high protein peanut butter balls. You can add things like chia, oats, nuts, honey, chocolate, etc. Easy prep and you can just keep them in the freezer. I have tried some of the boxed mixes and those are pretty good. Theres tons of recipes online!1
