I think as we age we all start feeling these more. I am going to set out to find exercises to help with these. And you are all my test subjects! I know, you are so happy to be a part of this. I am adding my first video below and would like you all to give it a shot and tell me what you think.

    I continue to search for the right combination of exercises to relieve my sciatica nerve pain. It is healing some. Standing in court without moving for years has done me no favors.
