Good job hanging in there. Here’s what you’ll notice: 1st week you’ll like feel the urge to negotiate and quit, 2nd week you feel it a bit less, 3 week you’ll have created new habits. 3 week is a critical week as it’s where you need to recommit and appreciate your progress. Don’t think too much about where you are and not at all about where you were, focus on where you are going.
