Day 1 - 10 jumping jacks

Day 2 - 10 jumping jacks, 5 sit ups
Walk for 20 minutes

Day 3 - 10 jumping jacks, 5 sit ups, wall
sit for 2 minutes
Walk for 20 minutes
Complete your diary and stay in
your calorie goal
Day 4 - 10 jumping jacks, 5 sit ups, wall
sit for 2 minutes, 10 squats
Walk for 20 minutes
Complete your diary and stay in
your calorie goal
Day 5 - 10 jumping jacks, 5 sit ups, wall
sit for 2 minutes, 10 squats, 5
push ups
Walk for 20 minutes

Days 6-7 - rest days, but Walk 20 minutes if you want.
