What one food option is the most important part of your efforts to manage your weight?

    That's a toughie. The one spice that TOL tolerates if Perfect Pinch Garlic and Herb, which I use a lot. She just reminded me that the chicken Breast we eat 2-3 times a week is important, also.

    Salad. Roughage/fiber, in general, but salad specifically.

    The good news is that I like salad.

    I’m gonna go with Healthy Choice fudgicles. I have one every evening, and it’s a message to my psyche that I can have pleasurable things and not truly deprive myself.

    If I gotta go with 1 it’s gilled chicken.

    Oatmeal, green veggies, some kind of modified ice cream (I’ve tried them all) were all contenders.
