Goals and how I am going to achieve them:

1) Eat healthier by avoiding all processed foods and counting calories.
2) Log my food daily
3) Exercising 3 times per week.

I will achieve these goals by utilizing "myfitnesspal" on a daily basis.

What could get in the way of these goals? I am a working Woman, Wife and Mother in retail. My job requires physical movement all day long so I don't want to move after dinner which is the only time I stop and why I never complete my logs. Daily happy hour before dinner will need to stop. I have been reading Jillian Michale's book " Slim for Life" which is very motivational.

I would like to achieve these goals so that I stay healthy so I am not forced to live on medication. I want to continue to hear you are how old? I want to be able to wear more stylish clothing. I have never been this heavy in my life and am having a hard time adjusting.

Height - 5ft. 7 inches / 67 inches
Weight: 207 - using a higher weight fully clothed. If I am going to do this I am doing it right.
Measurements:
Chest - 48
Upper Arm - 13
Waist - 46
Hips - 45
Thighs - L23.5 R23
