Trying to lose weight with hypothyroidism

Hi I'm new here, I'm 18 and I have hypothyroidism, so my metabolism is awful. Except that now I'm on a higher dose of medication and I've been slowly losing weight, but only very slowly. Looking for advice, I'm kinda skinny fat rn
