Newly Diagnosed

Help! I was just diagnosed with a gluten allergy. I've been on a weight loss plateau since I went GF. What suggestions do you have to get the scale going back down?

    It orderpens what types of foods you've been eating.
    If you've been eating lots of processed shop made products you'll find it just as hard to lose weight as if you ate the same products that are wheat based.
    Lots of fresh vegetables,salads.
    Try to eat none processed meats as they can have all sort in them.
