Easy meals..

Trying some quick and easy meals. Just something to delay hunger, but yet full of clean ingredients, high in protein, low in sugar, moderate carb, and low cal.

1.chopped turkey and rice bowl w/ broccoli

#ground turkey(seasoned, cooked to brown)

#steamed brown or jasmine rice(cooked with stock and seasoning for flavor)

#frozen broccoli

Mix all together and enjoy.

2.Mediterranean quinoa

#grain quinoa ( cooked with stock and seasoning)

#tomato

#cilantro

#red onion

#garnished with feta cheese

Mix and enjoy
