Need more fat!

I never thought I would say those words! But my protein intake is too high (between 105 and 115; should be around 65 or 70) and my fat intake is too low. Need ideas please for how to increase fats and decrease proteins.

I have the same problem, to much protein not enough fat. My solution has been eating green olives and making stuffed celery with cream cheese and green olives.0

You can melt coconut oil and mix in things like unsweetened coconut, nuts, flax, peanut butter, flavor extracts, cocoa powder, etc. then stick it in the freezer to harden (if you pour it in a flexible container you can pop it right out once it's hard).0

eggs, cheeses and hard salami help me. cut back on protein is easy. no more whey powders and portion control the ribeye.0
