Full Body Kettlebell Workout Video!

I finally finished editing my full body circuit kettlebell workout video, which can be done at home or in the gym. I recommend having a range of kettlebells available. I used two 8lbs, one 15lbs, and one 20lbs. I also recommend doing a 1 mile warm up run (or 1/2 mile walk), and 10-15 minutes of cooldown cardio.
