Highly variable as to specific source, but I'd say I eat about 6 oz of some high protein food per day. Anything from a 3 egg omelette, to fried fish, chicken salad, etc. I rarely buy plain meat to cook other than chicken thighs (if fact, I think I have never cooked a steak). Frozen shrimp is always in the freezer. Fresh fish is my splurge. It could be a lot of beans one week, if I cook up a batch, but unfortunately my protein is more likely to be something high fat like cold cuts or sausage.

I always have some sort of protein with dinner, and most lunches too. Most of the protein we eat is chicken, and we fish 1-2x per week. Red meat is reserved for Shabbat (Friday night and/or Saturday lunch).0

Rarely eat red meat. Fish probably 1X per week. Eggs average about 3-4 per week. At home I usually do 1 whole eggs and 1/2 cup egg whites out of a carton. Chicken. I had pretty much eliminated red meat before I started WW in 2006. I’m surprised there is a chicken left alive. I think I would have eaten them all by now.0

I’m a “protein with every meal” guy, but red meat doesn’t happen for breakfast or lunch. If I’m eating out, it’s generally fish or chicken. Perhaps half of my crockpot meals have some red meat in them, so maybe 2-3 meals per week?0
