Hi, not sure if this is an active group. I was on my fitness pal and lost some weight but now I’m back. I’m at 195 which is embarrassing to me. My highest was 197, I lost weight with weight watchers but as I stopped I gained it all back. I need support and people to add me so I can get motivated. I’m not used to low carb so if you have ideas for food and snacks that are low carb and high protein please send them my way!! Add me too!
