As you get into the rhythm of your weekly routine fitness Pal community. Please be mindful and courteous to those around you, coming down after football or basketball filled weekend can be hard for some of you. I like to take my weight training approach a little less aggressively and I am so thankful for those who are considerate my choices. I know I still have a lot to learn. Patience and Pressure🫣🙂🌈
