    Last week I put myself in the Yellow Zone, despite not having an official weigh-in while company was here. I said at that point there was only one day I regretted.

    Make that two now . . . .

    After we put them on their flight Saturday mid-afternoon, I promptly ate everything that was left that we had bought “for them”. It’s like the Carrie Nation concept of ridding the world of demon rum - by drinking it all. Between their flight and the end of that day, I ate an additional 120 points. Sunday morning I was up 4.2# from Saturday morning, and 5.4# over my goal weight. It would be nice if I understood why I did that. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    On the flip side . . . .

    I did hold myself to the Yellow Zone plan other than that Saturday afternoon, and on my normal Thursday evening studio meeting I weighed in within the Green Zone.

    It’s enormously gratifying to know that my plan - having defined boundaries and plans for what to do at targeted points - continues to work when I apply it. While I’m not proud of those Saturday indulgences, I'm proud that I didn’t overreact and instead simply let the plan work. No need to starve myself, no need to punish myself with excessive activity; just follow my plan.

    I was up 0.2# at Wednesday's WW meeting, after skipping last week's due to car problems.
    Am up 0.4# here, since last Friday. As my leader says, it's SUPPOSED TO BE A SEE SAW. LOL
