A Question for those in Maintenance

Hello Medifast Maintainers...
On average, what are your daily intake totals for carbs, protein, and fat? Mine typically are 130-140 carbs, 110-125 protein, and 20-30 fat. I'm not sure if these numbers are good and wanted to get opinions from those who are maintaining their weight.
Thank you very much in advance for your time!

Hello Mjones,
I lost 72+ pounds on medifast and I switched off Medifast to Paleo (I read the book Refuse to Regain by Barbara Berkeley). I also realized that I was sensitive to dairy, and I got off soy, too, so I had to transition off MF.
In the first 0-5 months or so, my carbs were 100-120 or so. Then, suddenly around month 4-6, I had to drop my carbs to 60-80 to stay in maintenance. Protein holds around 80 or so for me, while fat is a lot higher (avocados, olive oil, coconut oil).
So far so good. I've been in weight maintenance for 19 months now and stayed within about +/- 3 pounds of goal weight. Good luck and I recommend the Refuse to Regain book. Karen P.0
